CUSTOMER CONTACTED ME FOR A TOTAL ROOM REFURBISHMENT IN SEPTEMBER 2023 - IDEAS WERE DISCUSSED ON A DISCOVERY CALL ON THE STYLE, COLOUR AND WORKTOP FINISHES FOR THE NEW KITCHEN, ALONG WITH ANY MAIN FOCUS POINTS
IN THIS INSTANCE CUSTOMER HAD BACK-FLOWING PLUMBING , A INACCESSIBLE BOILER, OVERSIZE BREAKFAST BAR UNSIGHTLY ELECTRICAL AND UNSAFE CABLING.
AFTER OUR INITIAL PHONE CALL I REQUESTED SOME PHOTOS FO THE EXISTING KITCHEN ROOM SPACE TO GET A BETTER INSIGHT INTO THE PROJECT.
THE CUSTOMER WAS HAPPT TO HAND DRAW A SKETCH OF THE KITCHEN WITH APPROX SIZES WHICH ALLOWED ME TO CREATE A CAD PLAN IN FIRST DRAFT DESIGN, & COSTINGS.
CAD DESIGN WAS PRODUCED AND KITCHEN COSTS FROM OUR PREFERRED SUPPLIER - DIYKITCHNS.COM
WE ARE ABLE TO USE THE FREE PLANNING TOOL AND PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER WITH IMAGES TO CREATE VARIOUS PLAN OPTIONS.
THE CUSTOMER WAS SENT DOOR SAMPLES FOR CHOSEN RANGES AND COLOURS FOR THE KITCHEN & WORKTOPS
THE DESIGN WAS THEN FINALISED AFTER A SITE MEASURE/SURVEY VISIT AND THE CUSTOMER PLACED THE ORDER FOR THE KITCHEN, I ALSO GUIDED ON WORKTOP SUPPLY CHAIN ALONG WITH APPLIANCE SOURCING AND COMPATABILITY.
A FINAL CONTRACT WAS SENT OVER FOR THR PROJECT WORKS & COSTS AND A DATE AGREED TO START.

Cannot recommend Johnny enough! We live in a concrete 50s block with ancient plumbing that seems to be a nightmare for every tradesperson so far. Except Johnny. He gutted our decrepit kitchen and built us a new one. It is beautiful, very good quality and we love it. His knowledge was unbelievable- woodwork, masonry, plumbing, cabinets, flooring, paint, appliances, plastering, etc. Absolute fountain of knowledge. He knew what to ask when we didn't, and was so patient when I needed him to explain something a few times to understand it. He anticipated the things we didn't know, that we didn't know. The project overran as these things tend to do, but we didn't mind because we knew the finished product would be outstanding- and it was.
Also want to add that Johnny is an absolute gentleman and a truly kind soul.
On top of all that our neighbours loved him and he kept bringing us bacon butties! Absolute legend.
If you are looking for a very talented perfectionist to sort your kitchen out then Johnny absolutely is your fella. You won't find anyone more passionate, dedicated and trustworthy. He taught us so much and it was a genuine pleasure to have him.
